HOW TO RESERVE
In order to reserve we need to receive 30% of the total amount as deposit, that you can pay through credit card or bank draft within a week from the reservation.
Cancellation policy: the guest will have back the deposit if the cancellation will be made through fax or e-mail before 30 days from check-in. The balance will be payed at check-in cash or through bank draft before check-in

Prices don't include:
Electricity, Water, Gas (charged on use).
Final Cleaning Euro 50,00 per apartment.
extra cleaning on request ¤ 12/per hour.
Moreover, at the check in you will be required to leave a deposit of Euro 200,00 or Euro 500,00 for long stay.
