HOW TO BOOK

The easiest and most convenient way to book our apartments is through the booking engine on the Signoria Apartments web site. Here you can choose the period of your stay and the type of apartment and book your holiday in Florence. The booking process is completely safe and guaranteed by the VeriSign system and guarantees you the best price for your stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment is requested upon your arrival. Signoria Apartments accepts cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and CartaSI. No money will be charged before your check in date. Signoria Apartments reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card before your arrival (asking the legal authorization from the credit card circuit) in order to guarantee your reservation.
The entire payment can be made at your check in at Signoria Apartments.

CLEANINGS

The rates include the final cleaning of the apartment.

We are able to provide extra cleaning of your apartment upon request during your stay for 20,00 euro per hour.

CHECK IN /OUT:

CHECK IN: Our main building and office (open from Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday on request) faces Via Calzaiuoli, one of the two most famous shopping streets in Florence. You will find the building's entrance just around the corner in Via della Condotta n°16 blue, nestled among the bakeries, trattorias, restaurants, small shops, banks, pharmacies, and post office that characterize this neighborhood.

We kindly request that you inform us at least 2 days before your arrival about your check in time via e-mail at info@signoriaapartments.com . Your apartment keys and important information will be provided during check in.

If your arrival time should change, we ask that you please inform us by phone at the following number:

LATE CHECK IN: Signoria Apartments staff is available upon special request for late check in during the hours of 6 p.m. and midnight. In this case, you must provide us with your exact arrival time in Florence. An additional fee of euro 30,00 will be applied.

CHECK OUT: within 10:00 am. Any extensions must be evaluated on a case by case basis according to the arrivals of the day. If you need help to bring down our luggage, please notify us at our office the day before by 18:00 and we will arrange to help you at the agreed upon time. If you wish to visit Florence on the day of your departure, you may leave your luggage at our office in Via della Condotta 16 from 11:00am until 4:00pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellation is made up to 3 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged;
Less than 3 days before check in to 0 hour, the first night will be charged;
In case of no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
